Shipping policy

Processing and Production Times:
Production Lead Times will vary. Processing and Production times are the length of time it takes for the placed order to be printed and shipped. This is separate of shipping times.

Normal Production Lead Times are 5-7 Business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Shipping information will be sent to the customer at the end of the processing time.

Orders placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time start their processing period the next business day.
Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Shipping Methods:
Shipping options and prices will vary based on the items you have in your cart. Because items are custom printed and shipped from different locations, your items may be separated into multiple shipments and shipping charges.

FCB uses USPS, UPS, and other services to ship your products. If your order consists of multiple products, it might not all be shipping from the same location. If this is the case you will receive multiple tracking codes.

Shipping rates are based on time, weight and location. All shipping times are estimates and can not be guaranteed.
